The basket fit my Nova Scooter without any additional hardware. The advantage is that it is small and sits low on the steering column. This makes getting close to the counter or whatever you're approaching much easier. The scooter is simple to mount and dismount. The disadvantage is that it is small and easily dislodged. This basket is handy for carrying small items around the house. br>br>When I go shopping, etc. , I use the larger Schwinn basket that I bought. It fits on the handlebars, is bigger and holds more, and is easier to load and unload. The Schwin basket, on the other hand, necessitates the use of hardware (which is provided - see below). The item arrived on time and in good condition. It fits my NOVA scooter perfectly and is the perfect size, but it has a tendency to fall off the mounting bracket, so I'm not using it for anything delicate until we figure out a better way to secure it.
