Exceptional! This mix adds a nice flavor with a hint of heat, and when combined with two mashed avocados, you've got guacamole

Because Concord sells a variety of guac mixes, it's a little confusing. The Classic Mild, which is distinct from the regular Mild, is one of my favorites. I used to get the regular Mild thinking it would be similar, but the regular Mild has a lot of red bell pepper flavor, which I don't like at all. The Classic Mild, on the other hand, is fantastic!.
