There is no spice in the cheese or anything like the taste "cheese" should have. You can put it on crackers and it tastes as if it were cheese in a can. Make sure to microwave it on low for only a few seconds. I cracked the bottle and it made a big.
There was a bitter taste of chemicals in it. In the past few years I haven't used many squeeze bottles, but the ones I have seemed to have this issue, so it might be just that my expectations were high.
There is nothing like the flavor of this cheese, and I am amazed at the price for auto shipping! Two bottles of milk a month for my household of two is my order.
Don't eat junk food, but do use a little bit from time to time. I really like the squeeze container because it's easy to use. I think the price should be lower.
