It has a lower level of sweetness than other products on the market. Since they were born, I've been using this for my four-year-old son and two-year-old daughter. I'm a big fan of eating, too: ) lower in sugar, but higher in fat.
Even though I don't have children, I buy this yogurt for my dog and myself. I like that it has a lot less sugar than other flavored yogurts while still tasting great. It has a wonderful texture and flavor, and I appreciate that it is organic and made with whole milk. Overall, this is a fantastic piece of work.
This is completely personal preference: I prefer plain yoghurt to flavored yoghurt. These yoghurts have no visible fruit and are only slightly colored. Although I couldn't locate the listed ingredients, it tasted sweetened to me. I was missing plain's tangy zip. When my children were small, I fed them this. I've never had a problem with it.
For the babies, we purchase Stonyfield organic yogurt. It is consumed by the infants. Aside from the fruit at the bottom, I like it with fruit cups. They don't ever say no. It's got the right texture to it. The babies will have no trouble swallowing it. Aside from what they eat throughout the day, they share one cup.
This is the brand that all of my friends and I use, and our children adore it. We like it because it has a lower sugar content than other baby yogurt brands.
