I couldn't separate the individual cartons in the pack of six without causing them to break open and make a mess, so it was most likely a manufacturing defect.

Many people believe that Amazon Fresh can't be trusted. The item appears to be in good working order. Amazon Fresh is unable to deliver these baby yogurts without causing them damage, despite numerous orders. I'm sick of throwing them out after they've been partially opened.
