Questions & Answers

This cream can be used to make chantilly?

There is a sour taste to it, and it is

Do you think this will satisfy 3/4/cup?

On the packaging there is a claim of 8 ounces, or one cup, of candy Yes, that is true. My favorite brand is this one, and I usually just lather it on scones, pies, cakes, etc. I've never measured it myself as I usually just lather it on.

Can live cultures be found in this product?

The cultured cream is made with live cultures, I believe, but I'm not sure. Seeing that Vermont Creamery just labels their cultured cream as just 'cultured cream,' I assume that living cultures will be labelled on the product itself.

What homogenization took place here?

I agree - Creamy and delicious, it has the consistency of a paste.

Get it, it's very nice
5/5

I just bought this and I'm quite happy about it This is the first time I've used it, and I made mushroom and spinach omelette. An onion and an egg fried in butter Frozen spinach and toasted sesame oil added to mushrooms in toasted sesame oil The meat has been boiled I added the cremé fraiché and stirred it with a wooden spoon until it Place eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork With the eggs in the pan, sprinkle salt on top and lift the sides, allowing the liquid to run underneath. Place the mushroom / spinach / crème fraiché in the middle of the plate. To assemble, sprinkle cheese with a bit of salt and lift the sides toward the middle to fold. Platters are removed from the pan. This was a great movie.

There's a secret ingredient in my recipe! It was through blue apron a couple years ago that I was introduced to creme fraiche
5/5

I now keep it in my fridge as a staple. This is something that I usually have in multiple tubs. In about half of the meals I prepare, it's a part of the dish. The versatility and amazing properties of this ingredient make it so great. Using it for quick sauces is my favorite thing to do. When I make fish, my favorite recipe is a cool and creamy citrus sauce based on lime juice, lemon rind, garlic, and cracked pepper I love it on salmon in particular. Additionally, I prepare a quick rice side dish in which I add butter, creme fraiche, and spices to rice it's delicious and takes only a minute to make! There are some ingredients I put into the rice that everyone asks about.

The food is really good, but you have to eat it fast
5/5

It has a pretty limited shelf life in your refrigerator, so don't save it and then try to keep it until the end. Eat it up fast and get more, otherwise it goes a little cheesy. Good cheese is hard to find. It has a cheesy taste and is made from cream. I am not too fond of that Schmear, so don't be so miserly!.

The good Worth the price
5/5

I like this product a lot. A wonderful tang is almost impossible to notice, but it really adds to the flavor. There is still something that needs to be done It is better-than- A good thing Likewise, sour cream is comparable to creme fraiche for a quarter of the price. So my advice would be to use sour cream if you're experimenting with tanginess. But if your recipe calls for creme fraiche, use this.

As if sour cream could be spread
4/5

This tastes a lot like good sour cream, exept that it is denser and more In my research, I found out that the process to make crème fraiche is more natural than the process to make sour cream, but they are both.

I am amazed
5/5

This is a project to which I would give a thousand stars. This is a delicious, creamy treat! This spread can be used in many recipes or even on its own with some fruit on a cracker. The best investment I've made in my life.

It's not as tart as I remember, but I remember Creme Fraiche being just as fluffy as whipping cream
3/5

In reality, Creme Fraiche is less fluffy but its flavor is the same. In any case, the cream is considerably less expensive.
