I contacted customer service and was told that the photos would be requested via email and that the item would be removed from the shelves, but the email never arrived, and I'm not sure if any steps were taken to stop the sale. I'm just leaving a review to remind you to inspect the product thoroughly before eating it!.

When I want "low fat," I don't want it to be as thick as a "high fat" product; instead, I prefer a more liquid texture. Many manufacturers, however, disagree, and add agar and other thickeners to their low-fat products, including this one. I usually avoid products like this, but I must have had a brain fart when I bought it without reading the ingredient list; I hate wasting food that hasn't gone bad, so I'd finish this pack, but I'd never buy it again.

This is the worst low-fat sour cream I've ever had - The majority of brands have a sour cream flavor to them. It's sour, grainy, and runny all at the same time. It has an odd yellow beige color as well. I, too, thought it had been spoiled, as had other reviewers. I bought this brand of sour cream for the first and last time.

This product surprised me because the color and texture were not what I was expecting from one of my favorite brands. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, but it's intriguing. In addition, the flavor was a tad different. It was creamier than the brands I usually buy, but not as sour. It worked fine for what I needed it to do, but it might not work as well for other purposes.

They gave me this instead of the regular sour cream because it was out of stock. It tastes mostly like sour cream when I tried it, but I imagine it would be disastrous if used as an ingredient rather than a topping.

This is bitterer than I prefer, and it's too soupy and thin for my tastes. This stuff isn't a happy buy for me; I prefer whole milk.

I attempted to use it in a dip recipe but had to discard the entire batch. On its own, the flavor isn't appealing. The sour cream in my container wasn't bad either; it's just a strange, off-putting kind of sour cream.
