This is a mild cheese lover's delight

When compared to the more expensive Cracker Barrel cheese tray, which is also available on Amazon Fresh, this is a better deal. br>Both cheeses come in four different flavors. br>Marble cheese is a type of cheese that comes in a variety of colors and textures. The medium sharp marble cheese on both trays has a flavor that is very similar. br>Pepper Jack cheese is a type of American cheese that is popular in the United States. The pepper bits blend in better with the Cracker Barrel pepper cheese. The pepper jack cheese in this 365 tray has larger chunks of pepper in it, but it doesn't taste peppery. On this one, Cracker Barrel gets a bonus point. The remaining two flavors on the 365 tray are mild cheddar and Monterrey jack. The sharpness of both is mild to medium. Sharp cheddar and Asiago cheese are the other two flavors on the Cracker Barrel tray. Both have a sour taste to them. br>It all boils down to how sharp you want your cheese to be. Choose 365 if you're looking for something mild. If you want something sharp, Cracker Barrel is the place to go. It would be preferable if they both tried something different. Perhaps Swiss cheese could be used in place of one of the flavors.

MOLD! It's 5 stars when it's fresh, but it's not worth inadvertently putting a moldy slice in your mouth without realizing it like I just did

Although it claims to be mild cheddar, this is a very bland pack of cheese. With the exception of the pepper jack, they all taste the same.

when it is not infected with green mold It was fantastic the first time I ordered it. This is the second time. The sides of the cheese were covered in a green mold. Yuk. To prevent customers from receiving moldy cheese, 365 Everyday Value should review their product handling procedures. Not cool.
