It has never occurred to me to see enormous chunks coming out of heavy cream. According to the message, the expiration date is three weeks from now. My meal I was supposed to make tonight and let chill overnight will not be ready any longer. Since I already had other things out, I had to find a way to save or throw them away until I could go to another store and see if this brand is worth it. This is an awful brand, and I will never use it again and advise others to avoid using it as well. Opening the file immediately and checking for large chunks is also an option.
