As soon as I had a taste, I fell in love! Cheese is one of my favorite foods, and this is one of my favorite cheeses. Snacking on it with crackers is one of my favorite things to do. It's definitely worth checking out!.
It goes with crackers, olives, and wine. what else could you possibly ask for.
A great product, but at $13, it is a rip-off. For a small container, you'll need to shell out about $9. 00. There isn't much to like. It can be found online at World Market for $24 for 6 of them. Besides learning something new about cheese, I just learned something new about the world. If you are buying meat products, try to avoid rennet (calf parts). My eyes were opened to cheese just now. It seems you won't find it in most Tillamook cheeses.
was too salty for me to consume, even when I tried eating it with Melba toast or something else with no salt and it still didn't seem to be the right choice for me. There was a good amount of smokiness in the flavor and the consistency was fine, but the sodium was way too much, making it difficult to stand, let alone enjoy the food.
Of all the cheeses, Blue Cheese, Sharp Cheddar and American cheese stood out the most stimulate the taste buds, as if it had an urge to accompany it with a good glass of wine. There is no way anyone will drink bottled water along the Glacier Ridge, much less.
My brother got some of this as a gift for Christmas and I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. The smoky flavor is nice on sandwiches and other things. We use it as a dip, but you could use it on salads, as well.
It is delicious to spread cheese like this. I think it was surprising thick, but it was better that way. If you are a fan of good smokey cheese, I recommend this product.
There was a chemical taste to it. It said it was all natural on the container, but it didn't truly taste like it. This product will not be bought again by me.
