It took a full month for the peaches to ripen in the fridge, but once they were ripe and close to their expiration dates, they were really great.

My head is spinning as I write this review. However, I must say that this is not the best brie on the market. You can fit it in your hand. I can't spread the paste as smoothly and creamy as I should. Taste is so so (to my taste, at least.

Cheese plates made from this cheese are perfect for most recipe uses or cheese courses. There's more of a brie taste to it A triple cream that is not decadent or rich.

Among the best cheeses to choose from is brie made by the Marin French Cheese Company. My only wish is for more flavors like Jalapeno to be available on Amazon.

No matter what I did, it smelled strongly of ammonia. The food was a little too pungent for me, but I ate it nonetheless. This is decent.

There was a delicate rind on the outside. It is very warm inside with a soft cheese. I will get this one over and over.
