have been putting the toppings on the bread by slicing the bread so thin that I can see through to put them on! I ate this with a glass of white wine and it was very satisfying! As a result of this, I have personally taken to practicing the advice I give others to eat a healthy snack before 5pm and you will lose weight! Overall, so far the results have been good. The weight is 10 pounds. My only regret is that I didn't practice what I preached a long time ago! It was almost two weeks past its expiration date when it arrived. Too bad I ordered 3, I won't be able to eat.
The flavor is very mild, which I find not to be appealing. It was the consistency of this cheese that bothered me. The cheese stays hard even after baking, so it would not spread. This is not something I would order.
