The product tastes great and is a fantastic product. There are a lot of confusions in the instructions. For baking, you are told to remove the plastic wrap and place it on the cookie sheet. There is no indication whether the bottom tray of the paper should be taken out. In order to be on the safe side, I decided to remove it, although I am still not sure where I stand on that.
