I like it! I was surprised at the speed of its arrival. It comes with 2 reusable ice packs, eco-friendly ice due to it being summertime. You can just clip off the corner so your plants don't get sick if you decide not to keep them. It did not show any signs of melting or rehardening since the package was carefully sent.
