The percentage is not stated on the packaging, and I do not know what it is either. Even though it is sweater than most 'dark' chocolates I would assume that the percentage is low.

Normally I like this candy but the discs in the middle are hard as rocks the last two times I purchased it from Amazon. A very upsetting experience. The pomegranate was always hard, so I gave up on it and switched to the blueberry. Or do they sell candy that is defective from the manufacturer that is thrown away? I find this completely ridiculous, and I hope they solve this issue within the next few weeks.
