Not in the least. The grits grain is fine and simple to prepare.

" " Don't you know, you're just like my husband, who didn't know what he was missing out on until I made him some!" When I offered him some, he said they were disgusting, that he had no idea how people ate them, and that I was insane. So I said, "Let me do it my way, and you just try it. " So I doubled the batch because we knew he wouldn't stop at one spoonful. They were finished after an undetermined amount of grits, a stick of butter, and 5 cups of water. (Amounts are always a gamble. ) You're not eating for pleasure if you measure your grits. You're preparing yourself for the Great Depression by eating this way. Even so, it's a fantastic offer! ) Salt, pepper, and three over-easy eggs made him happy and satisfied him enough that he didn't bother me about lunch, and I almost skipped dinner. Nothing compares to the south's stomach cement! But, to be honest, these are the ones I'm talking about. You will not be sorry. If you don't mind eating four times before lunch, that is.
" These are delicious and of excellent quality. Although the packaging claims that they cook quickly, they remain very crunchy when cooked in this manner. I cooked them for about half an hour and then added more liquid at the end. They came out looking fantastic.
I assumed it was grits or grits, but I was mistaken. Bob's is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. I compare Bob's ingredients to those of a previous brand I've used for 20 years, and I'm a new Bob's customer. I remembered a story from a few years ago about his company, remembered the name, and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I took the opportunity. Thanks.
I'm glad I bought four bags of it: br>br> Great flavor! )br>br>.
Organic foods are preferable to GMO foods in my opinion.
This is how grits were when I was a kid. It said "new and improved" the last time I bought some at the grocery store. YUK! It was smooth and creamy, with no grit. It's more akin to wheat cream. I now order from Red Mill on a regular basis.
It's delicious.
My regular yellow polenta is one of my favorites. This one is eaten in the birthplace of Italy, with a preference for yellow.
