I prefer polenta grits from Bob's Red Mill, because they are a coarse texture and have a delicious taste. White corn is processed, mainly quick cooking or instant, without texture or taste. My recommendation is to give them a try if you have not yet.
I was unable to buy it locally early in 2020, so I bought it on line. It makes a coarse rather than creamy polenta, and I prefer this.
This is one of the best corn flour (grits) brands I have found. As the price of covids increased, so did the prices. We received the delivery on time. We look forward to a great time together in the future.
