It's fine to eat dark chocolate. This was purchased because it appeared to be a good deal- 2 at a fair price when compared to other Amazon options. I knew I wanted to make iced white chocolate mochas with the white chocolate, but I figured the dark chocolate would be interesting to try as well! Because it's delicious in iced coffee with a splash of almond milk, I quickly depleted the white chocolate bottle. The sauce isn't too thick, it dissolves easily, and it tastes delicious. br>br>After using up all of the white chocolate sauce, I decided to try the dark chocolate until I could get my hands on a larger bottle of white chocolate, but I was disappointed. It's a lot thicker than the white chocolate sauce (think paste or thin icing?). ), making it difficult to dissolve in iced coffee. It has a decent flavor. Definitely a dark chocolate flavor that is sweet- However, it does not, in my opinion, add the right touch to an iced coffee. It's probably best in hot coffee, but I prefer iced, so I'm not sure how much I'll use it. br>br>Overall, I have no regrets about purchasing this pack! Dark chocolate sauce is no longer an option for me, and I've discovered that white chocolate sauce is fantastic. If you're not sure what you want, I still recommend this pack.
It was cheaper to buy both the dark and white bottles at the time I bought this than to buy just one. I'm guessing it's about equality among the various types of chocolate. Overall, I'm glad I purchased both because we use them for pie decorating.
This is a SUPER high-quality chocolate product.
The chocolate has a much stronger, more flavorful flavor than the white chocolate, but both are delicious.
I've been experimenting with these to create different coffee flavors, and they taste great and add a lot of flavor to the coffee.
The white chocolate expired in September, and the dark chocolate expires next week, according to the package I received today. The best part is that I won't be able to return the items. I won't be buying anything else.
