Selected User Reviews For Abuelita Syrup Choc (Pack of 2)
This is my favorite kind of material. Despite the fact that it makes having Abuelita far too easy! I grew up with the tablets, so being able to simply microwave my milk and add the syrup is so convenient, and it allows me to make exactly the amount I want at the strength I want (hello, 12oz travel mug). br>br>It's a little thinner than I expected, which isn't a problem, but be aware that it may come out quickly! I think it's a little less spiced than the tablets, but I could be wrong, and that makes a cinnamon garnish on top all the more nice!.
This has a strange aftertaste; it's not unpleasant, but I expected it to taste like the powder, which it doesn't. If you're looking for a taste of Abuelita, this isn't it. br>The syrup is also very runny, which means it comes out of the bottle quickly; this isn't necessarily a good or bad thing; it's just worth noting.
and it's still vegan! So much better than the little bricks because you can use the syrup to make hot cocoa as well as ice cream. It's great that the syrup, like the bricks, is vegan. It was delicious.
This syrup is extremely popular among our son's friends. It's made even better with a hint of cinnamon. Yummy!.
This is a fantastic product; I've been using the hard squares for the past 52 years. The syrup was shared with me by my cousin. Hot or cold, it's a winner.
It's more like a candy hot tamale or a gummy cinnamon bear than a cinnamon stick! What a fantastic treat!.
It was a pain to have these arrive smashed. You can't simply drop something in an envelope and hope for the best, especially at this time of year.
Yum! I used to have to wait until the milk was hot before cutting up the rock-hard disc and blending everything together. It's so much easier to use this stir-in syrup!.
