Cold liquids cause it to congeal. With some milk, I gave it a shot. However, I'm sure it would work if you thoroughly mixed it with the coffee before adding the ice. If you add it to the coffee after it has been chilled, it will clump.
No, it does not need to be refrigerated. It can be stored in the cabinet or on the counter with your other coffee supplies. However, putting it in the fridge will not harm it; it will simply make it more difficult to get the bottle out.
That would be fantastic. I originally purchased it to use in lattes, but I've also used it on ice cream, apple pie, and pretzel chips.

I topped a sweet potato cream cheese swirl pie with this. It was the perfect finishing touch. A sweet potato mousse pie with pecans minced and a Carmel swirl topping was also on the menu. It's suitable for any situation. Although I used frozen pie crusts, I made the pies from scratch. It was a huge success. Desserts will benefit from the flavor and thickness. I'm really looking forward to making the turtle pie and candy.
It's a little more expensive than what you'd find in the store, but it's well worth it to avoid having to look for places during the Pandemic. I needed this for my frozen coffees because I couldn't afford to buy my regular caramel at these prices.
This is one of my favorite things to put in my coffee in the morning. It's a lot better with the caramel notes in it. I used a tsp-sized amount. oatmilk (vanilla) is usually added as well- It's a delectable combination. I haven't had coffee in a long time, but this appears to be a superior beverage to the one I used to get at my neighborhood coffee shop.

This has the perfect amount of sea salt to give it a kick. My cousin's restaurant, where they make it from scratch every day, has the only other sea salted caramel topping I've found that tastes better. This is the one for you if you enjoy caramel toppings.
This was, in fact, a gift to someone - I bought myself the Chocolate/Sea Salt Caramel combo. It's especially good with ice cream and apples that have been cut into sections.
