The product must have been tampered with, despite the fact that it was delivered quickly! There were only 11 bars in this box, despite the fact that the box stated that there should be 16! So, what's the story here?.
The box is stained with grease. The bars have the flavor of having been forgotten on the top shelf of the refrigerator in the back. They're dry and taste like the packaging (if that makes sense). Please check the dates on the individual bars as well as the box to see if they are still valid.
If I can't wait for a lecture to end, I eat them in the classroom. When I'm hungry and tired on the go, this gives me a nice boost of energy and concentration.
One smelled like a dead mouse when I opened it. Another was checked, and the bar was broken. The filling was black, and tiny bugs started crawling all over my hand; it was revolting! I'm not going to buy any more of these. Then I looked inside the box and saw more bugs, which I promptly tossed out.
3 oz (37 g) each [and they FEEL even smaller]) - They do, however, have a pleasant flavor. In fact, when I'm short on time, I'll have two of these along with a bottle of wine.
I had made a huge mistake. These are far more fresh and flavorful than the knockoffs I was previously purchasing.
I bought two boxes of these, and there were some good bars and some bad bars in each box. The bad ones reeked and tasted awful (as I discovered the hard way). When they're good, they're really good; when they're bad, they're really bad. I made contact with the company and filed a complaint with them. I'm just curious as to how many more bad ones there are out there.
These are similar to mini nutri grain bars in flavor. Often, "mini" versions of things have an excessive amount of crust and don't taste as good as the original, but Kellogg's has done an excellent job with this one.
