This isn't an energy bar, so don't get your hopes up. However, I purchased this large pack at Costco and ate it in the morning with my coffee before going to work. There are no artificial ingredients in this recipe. it lasts until lunch time It's no problem if you have one or two. My profession is medicine, and I am a doctor.
They have a sweet and salty flavor that complements each other perfectly. I didn't find it bitter. These have a delicious flavor to them.
To improve the flavor, most likely. These are fantastic!
They have cream on the table. When I began to have a (mild) allergic reaction, I had to stop eating them.

I can't taste any almond flavor in the filling because the biscuit is so sweet. I tore it apart and tried eating half of it with all of the almond butter on it, but it was still too sweet. I tried the "almond butter" on its own and found it to be lacking in almond flavor. I suppose I'm spoiled because I make my own almond butter from toasted almonds, and this isn't even close to being almond butter. I'm so sorry, but I bought three packages of this because I believed the reviews. It also breaks easily when eaten, so eat it on a plate or container.
These are also sure to be a hit with the kids. My absolute favorite find out of all the "Nature Valley" products I've ever bought! These "two in a pack, individually wrapped" breakfast/snack biscuits have an AMAZING flavor. It's not overly sweet, but it easily satisfies my sweet tooth and is a healthier alternative to other snacks I might have picked up before discovering these. The almond butter is thick and creamy without being overpowering. It's just a thin layer of flavor that makes these so delicious! These will be a hit with the kids. This snack is also a hit with my husband (who avoids anything "good for you" at all costs). Instead of spending a lot of money on less healthy options, we took a bunch to Universal Studios and snacked on them. This is fantastic. They come highly recommended from me. Much more filling than any sweets I might have chosen previously.
Ok. My husband is the pickiest eater on the face of the planet. In a literal sense. I purchased one for myself and used it right away. Listen, we're talking about a man who refuses to eat vegetables, spaghetti noodles of any size other than "thin," and the list goes on. I'm sure you've figured it out by now. br>br>When I went back a few days later to get one, they were all gone. I didn't eat any of them, either. In this house, it's just me and him. They're that good. br>br>.
Essentially, these are sandwich cookies with an almond butter center and a crumbly, "hard" exterior cookie. The cookie box says the cookie contains cinnamon, but there is no odor or taste of cinnamon in the cookie. These, in my opinion, are grossly exaggerated. the manufacturer's price - and they don't have any redeeming qualities - They contain far more carbohydrates than even the smallest amount of protein or fiber. Just another gilded cookie for the well-heeled. They have a pleasant flavor. but - They aren't exactly spectacular.
These are delicious, but let's be honest: they're cookies dressed up as something slightly healthier. I've had these for breakfast and as a grab-and-go option when I'm too busy to prepare something more nutritious. I think they're fine for that purpose on a rare occasion, but not on a daily basis. On the plus side, they don't include any high-strength ingredients. They're sweetened with high fructose corn syrup and taste great!.
This is a fantastic product that I have yet to find in a store. Because I'm trying to gain weight, I went through three boxes in about two weeks, but I loved every bite. I bought a couple of other boxes to try, and these were by far my favorite; someone had given me one to try, and now I'm hooked and ready to order more; it's just frustrating because they're in a different section, and I have to buy so much or pay shipping. It was very confusing when I had orders coming from three different parts of Prime at the same time.
It says so on the side, but it doesn't say gmo. Google it and you'll see what I mean.
For my kids, I've been trying to alternate between different types of breakfast biscuits because they get bored with the same thing quickly. With a cinnamon flavor and possibly a hint of almond, these sounded promising. They don't deliver on either of those flavors, which is a disappointment. I get a biscuit with a sweet cookie filling that is bland. I'm not fooling myself into thinking these are a healthy breakfast option, as they only have a small amount of fiber and protein. Because my children will not eat them, I've been eating them myself to get rid of them. I'm not going to buy any more of these. The Belvita biscuits are a better value in my opinion, and their cinnamon and brown sugar variety has some cinnamon flavor.
