The SKU number is identical, but the last number on my box is 8 rather than 4. The almond and coconut are in my possession.

Amazon sells them in boxes. There is no price increase that I am aware of.
The expiration date indicates how long the product is expected to be fresh. Stores aren't allowed to sell products that have passed their expiration (or "sell by" or "best by") date. For several years, I've been purchasing Kind bars from both local stores and Amazon. I did once receive a box (from Amazon) in which the expiration date had passed and the bars tasted rancid, but that was the only time it happened. Since then, I've only bought locally and always double-check the expiration date. Because the company uses so many fresh ingredients and so few preservatives, I believe they are more susceptible to going rancid.

The bars were not at all fresh, as if they had been kept in a hot warehouse for an extended period of time. Also, the packaging and box appeared to be old, despite the fact that I eat these every day and am familiar with their appearance and contents. This batch had to be old. I'm going to order from Kind directly from now on to see how things go. br>br>3/21/2017 PLEASE READ BELOW AS THESE WERE NEW BARS. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I contacted Kind, and they informed me that the recipe had been updated to reduce the sugar content and harden the dried cranberries to the point where they could no longer be chewed. While it was open, it was an excellent tasting bar. At the very least, they got rid of the word "delight. " The only thing they got right was that.
in addition to being extremely sticky If you're looking for a quick and healthy snack, this Kind bar had good ingredients and nutritional information. Sure, 200 calories is a lot for a snack, so you might want to eat it as part of a meal (or make sure you're burning more calories on that particular day). Sugar is kept to a bare minimum at 7 grams, which is excellent for a snack bar. This won't provide nearly enough fiber to meet your daily requirements, but it's a good start, and the protein comes primarily from the nuts that make up the majority of the bar. The fact that it is so sticky to hold is my biggest complaint about it. It's difficult enough to get it out of the wrapper. We've started keeping the bars in the fridge because they're easier to unwrap when they're cold. If you're going on a day trip and have a cooler, I recommend putting it in there rather than in your pocket.
So, like me, there must be some mothers out there who buy these bars for their children but refuse to eat them? You put them in the lunch box with the fruit in the hopes of keeping them away from the junk food at school? The majority of the time, these bars are a complete waste of money because the kids will tell you that they are the worst thing ever. And you feel terrible about it because you think you've permanently scarred them, but you go ahead and do it again. So I tried one of these bars one day, and when I asked how it was, he said - The response caught me off guard. "Mom, they're delicious. " "Really delicious," I exclaimed. I'm glad Amazon exists because there's a nut bar that passes the test. I purchased two packs - one for myself and one for my friends. a fruit and nut pack, and a variety pack She has enjoyed every experience she has had thus far. br>br>I brought a couple to work out of curiosity, and one day, hungry, I cracked one open. And Oh. see. They're quite enjoyable. This is fantastic. They're crunchy but not too hard, a little sticky but not too sweet, and a good mix of textures without sticking to your teeth. And at the end of the bar, you get a strange sensation in your stomach. It doesn't make me feel completely satisfied, but it does the job of staving off hunger pangs. br>br>I'm now looking for other flavors to purchase because this is, at the very least, going to be the Snack Of Choice 2012 in this house!.
The freshness of this product pleasantly surprised me, and it is now one of my favorite fruit and nut bars on the market. When they offered a price reduction, I took advantage of it and purchased several boxes.
These are fantastic; the flavor is fantastic. Each bar contains Nuts, Apricots, Dates, Raisins, Flax Seeds, and a few other ingredients. It's also very good for you. You'll love them if you get them.
I couldn't find them the next time I went there. I also couldn't recall their names. So when I saw them at Starbucks about a year later, I was ecstatic. They are, of course, exorbitantly priced there! I couldn't find them anywhere in town, so I ordered them online, and now I have two boxes (two different flavors) waiting for me. Amazon delivered it to me. Now that I'm seeing them in stores more frequently, I've been experimenting with different flavors. br>br>In the mornings, I used to eat Kashi cereal, but now I just have one of these bars and a Dr. Pepper. I'm not sure when I switched to bars for breakfast, but since then, I've lost about 15 pounds (which I needed to lose). I didn't change until November of 2010, at the earliest. And, rather than being hungry at 11 a. m. , I was pleasantly surprised. I don't get hungry until later in the evening.
br>* No one has examined these claims, and no animals have been tortured to back them up.
The taste is excellent, and the ingredients are also excellent. They are slightly sticky, but not to the point of being unusable, and they do not melt like chocolate. My only suggestion for improvement is to make them organic while keeping the price low.
Okay, I've tried all of these bars' flavor combinations. It was difficult to chew and bite into this one. The dried fruits had a rock-like consistency. After that, make sure you floss and brush your teeth. It had a pleasant flavor. I won't buy this flavor again because it's not my favorite. The cherry dark chocolate is my favorite.
