Questions & Answers

Why isn't this mentioned on the label if the product isn't gmo?

A statement on the label about the United Kingdom's stance on GMOs would be a huge plus for Walker's product buyers in the United States. Sales would skyrocket, and buyers who are concerned about this issue would have more faith in the Walker's brand.

What is the total number of cookies in the package? I realize it's only four. There can't possibly be too many in a 7oz container. ?

I purchased a box with 24 two-cookie packets. There are one packet in each bag. I'm guessing the box contains 6 cookies because it's 4 oz. A serving is equal to one cookie. They're quite substantial in size. Of course, I always eat both cookies at the same time.

What is the average number of cookies per box?

In 2018, you'll only get 6 cookies with this size box. ☹

What is the average number of cookies per box? Thank you very much! ?

It is entirely dependent on the size of the package you receive. I've got five right now. Each package contains eight pieces and weighs 3 oz.

Delicious, but a huge letdown
5/5

The cookies are very tasty. The best shortbread I've ever bought, but all of the cookies were broken into numerous pieces. br>Ig Amazon is looking for cookies, chips, and other similar items: They should learn how to 9ack them properly so that they are not crushed. br>This box was next to a case of fruit-flavored jello cups. I'm guessing they were crushed on the way- They couldn't possibly be wrong. Sure, they're still edible, but when you pay this much for six cookies, you expect to get six cookies. I'm just glad these weren't intended as a present!.

The photo of the box is deceiving!! These cookies are absolutely delicious! Yum, Yum
3/5

However, the product's image is misleading, which is why I only gave it three stars. They show a photo of a 200-gram box, but the product weighs only 135 grams. It was foolish of me to read the box when the product was clearly labeled as 135 in the heading. So be cautious. There are only six cookies in this batch.

Dear Amazon,,br>I am a repeat buyer of this item and a Prime customer; however, even though there was that specific instruction qued in on this order, Amazon chose to disregard it this time; the cookies were all broken in the package delivered at the mail box where they chose to deliver it; I ordered these for a sit and sip, and now none of it can be used
3/5

As a Prime member, I feel betrayed by Amazon and would like to have them replaced and delivered to my door. When I say to my door, I mean to my door on any item that Prime offers door delivery. Prime does not respect what customers request, and it's extremely offensive when you pay for an item and request Amazon Fresh as a mode of delivery, which they refuse to honor. Cookies smell stale and taste flat. br>I'll make an appeal to Amazon Prime to do the right thing and serve a paying customer by respecting how and where they want their items delivered. This has happened with other Amazon Prime items I've ordered, and I'm not going to put up with it any longer. Thankfully, this is not the case.

Both Fingers and Highlanders get a review
5/5

FINGERS: These aren't fingers, but cookie sticks. I was surprised when Alexa said my fingers were ready for delivery until I remembered ordering the Walkers shortbread cookies. Walkers knows how to make tasty cookies to enjoy with a cup of tea, and the "fingers" shape is ideal for dipping. If you want to get fancy, you can dip them in melted chocolate and use them as a base for crystallized ginger or almond slivers. You don't have to tell people you didn't make the shortbread because they'll be so impressed by how cute they look on a plate that you won't have to. You can always wrap a ribbon around one of the six little boxes and give it as a quick gift, perhaps with a small box of tea, if you buy the package of six. However, keep in mind that, despite its diminutive size, the box isn't designed to hold just one treat. Each cookie has only 100 calories, which isn't bad for a not-too-sweet treat. HIGHLANDERS: HIGHLANDERS: HIGHLANDERS: HIGHLANDERS: HIGHLANDERS: HIGHLANDERS: Oh, wow, I don't care that each of the several boxes of these came in its own plastic envelope with no other padding or protection, and that some of them were broken when they arrived. They're really good. Round and thick, with a hint of salt, a hint of flour, a hint of butter, and a nice edge of sweetness from demerara sugar. They're not as hard as some shortbread cookies because they're baked lighter, not even brown. I bought these to give away, but because they're broken, I'm putting the broken ones in my own cookie jar and repackaging the whole cookies into tins for distribution. I'd buy two packages if you need six cookies that are still intact.

Walkers Shortbread Fingers with Pure Butter - Updates can be found in this section
5/5

On April 12, 2019, I received my 1 case order of Walkers Pure Butter Shortbread Fingers and Gluten Free Pure Butter Rounds. I first bought a single box of the Fingers from a local store a few weeks ago and was blown away by how buttery they were; I ordered two cases at that time. I was apprehensive about purchasing these, but I enjoy butter cookies and needed something that was also non-dairy. gmo-free and/or organic, and not too sweet There are only four ingredients in the Fingers, and you already know what they are. They're very firm (no crumbs) and well-presented inside each box in a plastic-sealed wrap. When you first open the package, you can smell the buttery flavor. I even wrote to the manufacturer and asked a question, and "Erika" responded, believe it or not. See, I told you that you should email or post your questions if you have any. Manufacturers will respond if you are interested in purchasing their product. Erika, thank you so much! This is a product that I would buy again. br>br>12/24/2019 Update: br>I received my most recent order today, and as I previously stated, I will be ordering these again. Thank you, Erika, and everyone at Walkers! br>br>Updated on September 1, 2020: br>I just received my most recent order today, and I plan to keep ordering these. br>br>03/24/2020 UPDATED: br>After not receiving a satisfactory response to a recent gmo-related inquiry, I will stop purchasing until the issue is resolved.

delectable These were available in Scotland, and I quickly purchased them when I returned to the United States
5/5

They're devilishly tasty. Probably because they're just butter and sugar chunks with a dash of flour thrown in to keep everything together! yes, but if you only want one cookie to go with your scotch, bourbon, gin, milk, coffee, tea, water, or just on its own You're looking for this cookie. Simple yet delectable. br>I could eat 20 of these in a single sitting without blinking - I like them a lot - After reading the nutritional information, I'm attempting to exercise some self-control and limit myself to just one. If I've had a particularly trying day, I'll occasionally reach for a second. Alternatively, if the glass contains a little more scotch. or simply for the sake of it These are incredible. br>.
