The products don't have a sell by date, so you wouldn't know if they were fresh. They use a Julian code, which is useless when trying to establish freshness. I threw my order in the trash, as a lesson learned.
As far as tacos go, I have not tried them. My understanding is that pita bread can be used as a taco crust. Take the time to experiment.
