Udi's products are great, and they have a variety of products that are gluten-free This is not one of the free items. The book is extremely dry, as others have also pointed out. In addition, to my personal taste, the cinnamon was too heavy and the raisins too light. You need to find Canyon for this purpose if it is available.
Just like regular raisins bread, this bread has gluten in it as well. There are only about 4 servings in a small loaf. Depending on how it is toasted, it can be eaten either with or without toasting. The price of this gluten free product is too high, as with all gluten free products. I cannot afford to buy it on a regular basis, so I don't buy it. Leaving it out of the freezer for more than a week will cause it to grow mold. If left out, it needs to be kept in the freezer or eaten quickly.
Although the bread is very hard, it does have a decent flavor. Even with the price hike, I do not think it is worth the cost increase. made my own gluten free bread because it is so darn expensive to buy it.
The pieces of bread were very small. The bread was so tiny. Bread that costs a lot. In relation to the price that I had to pay, I was disappointed in the size of the loaf. Although it tastes okay, I don't like it.
This Gluten free Gourmet Pizza Crust is also a favorite of mine. I love the SMALL loaf of bread that comes with it. This is a very expensive item. It is quite an extravagant purchase for a meal the family would have on a regular basis.
I found the slices to be very small, so much smaller than the brand's store - disappointed The slices are two times as big as those bought at the store.
It was very dry and heavy. Does it have to do with the gluten-free aspect? The only problem is that I don't care for it.
These slices are not soft in any way. This is a hard and dry terrain. They would go best on toast but I won't go back to buying them.
