The one with flax seed is what I ordered. As far as I know, it's the only bread of theirs that I've tried so far. It is my regret that I have been unhelpful.
Several packages suggest freezing loaves immediately, but I don't know how to do that. The same was true of me. You can use pieces of each loaf as you need them. When freezing a loaf, it is best to put it in a bag for easy access and to stop If you had to leave the whole loaf out for 10 days, I would expect the loaf to lose some flavor. Is it even possible that mold could grow? As long as I will not be using it within two days, I freeze it and toast it I will be gone for three

Since I am allergic to gluten, my girl makes me bread using alternative flours constantly and she is getting close, but last week I went ahead and order four loaves from Eban's. I looked outside Saturday and there was my box with four loaves and two boxes of chocolate chip cookies (which were absolutely delicious btw). The meals and treats were packaged exquisitely as well. After eating a cookie, I walked around for a bit. When I was done toasting the bread, it struck me that I should try it. My favorite toast type of food is toast, I put it in the toaster and cut it up a little higher and when it was finished, I threw some butter on there and thought, yep, this is good. I believe that, for the most part, gluten free is not So, I made a pizza later on in the day on a couple of pieces I had left over. I was able to complete the task this time. It was once again a delicious turkey sandwich that I made on Sunday. For breakfast today, I had an omlet and some toast from her, and I can assure you that this is the closest gluten free bread to regular bread that I have had. This bread is still awesome after more than a month of use. I can't say anything bad, only good 5 stars. I just realized that if you microwave the sandwich before or after you make it you can soften the bread a little to make it even better.

I so far enjoy watching the Seeded flaver bake on toast. The cinnamon raisin is good when I am looking for a sweet, but not overly sweet It is the texture of this bread which I really enjoy. There are no grainy or flat spots in the image. The taste and texture are similar to that of a bakery product. If you have tried as many gluten-free breads as I have, you know what I mean. If you try to swallow it, it does not turn into soggy cardboard after it has been chewed. I would recommend securing the ice pack in a bag This was an accident that happened while I was searching for GF bread during my stay at home journey. While I was making all of these GF products, I found them hard to find. I figured that these would be pretty expensive, but why not give them a shot. That may sound silly, but I think it is very cute to have the little story card that comes with mine and feel good about supporting a "small business" or family that makes The reason I'd do it again is because of that feature. The everything loaf and the raisin bread have both been tried by me so far. So far, I have enjoyed the raisin bread the most. My husband who is now gluten-free often has to use four slices for his fluffy peanut butter. This isn't a soft bread you can defrost and enjoy, but the typical GF you toast. The slices are tiny, barely large enough for in the palm of my hand. I used to make him a peanut butter sandwich. There's a freezer bag that you can reuse with it, and it's a great addition. I think the biggest con of this is the reusable ice pack they put in there for shipping should be in a ziplock bag before they package everything because by the time you get it, the ice pack is almost melted and the bread is soggy. It is likely that moldy bread was the result of this since I saw some reviews that this happened. I think a simple solution would be to bag the ice pack so it doesn't leak when it defrosts so it doesn't leak.
While searching on Amazon, I found this product and thought the price was reasonable and the reviews were good. The place I will go now is my go-to! It doesn't crumble and it's not too thick like most GF breads. The bread is soft and chewy and doesn't yield easily. As part of my variety pack, I have tried both the oat and cinnamon-raisin flavors.
