These look exactly like the beef patties I used to get in New York. When I moved to Los Angeles, I discovered a great Jamaican restaurant that served beef patties but not coco bread. wth? Is it true that Coco bread is supposed to be dense? Because these are one-pound bags, each bun weighs about a quarter pound.
