At my local Food City, Sola breads compete with Thin Slim Foods bread. During the pandemic, you won't be able to find either keto breads in the supermarket. Keto bread has a longer shelf life than traditional bread. People who aren't on the keto diet and don't have a pressing need for bread are stocking up like toilet paper instead of buying regular bread that they will consume this month. Keto bread is more than just a back-up bread that will sit in my pantry for a year while I continue to buy regular bread, in my opinion. It's ridiculous to see people panicking. The United States has the world's best food supply chain. We'd probably survive a zombie apocalypse if we had enough food. Many of us are blissfully unaware of our good fortune. As a result, I'm forced to buy the bread online, where the shipping is outrageously expensive at $13. 4 loaves of bread for 99 cents each. The regular grocery store sells Sola for less. In terms of flavor and texture, Thin Slim Foods bread is inferior to Sola. It isn't as opulently constructed. It's not precut or anything, but because it's all protein, fiber, and zero carbs, it's easier to stick to my macros than Sola breads. That won't happen again. If you're looking for a quick sandwich, these will suffice. Because they are thin, they must be cut into burger or sandwich buns. They have a thick, chewy texture and are bland in flavor. When you toast or bake them, the outer crust transforms into a thin sheet of paper that you can tell when you bite into them. Yes, I know they're KETO, but I've had other KETO buns before, and these don't even come close. I'm sorry, but these aren't something I would recommend.

I've been looking for a low-cost option for quite some time now. I'd been craving a REAL burger but couldn't find any, so I hoped these would suffice. this is not a lettuce-based salad wrap, which, in my opinion, is a poor substitute for a real burger. However, I found the flavor and texture of these buns to be lacking. They're not a tasty wheat or sourdough bun you'd choose if you weren't concerned about consuming so many carbs. They're also quite small, most likely so they can shout "zero net carbs!" " is printed on the box. The best you can hope for is to toast them to give them some texture. They taste a lot better when they're toasted. I admire this company's efforts to develop low-cost products. These aren't half bad. When you want a bun, this was a nice change from the keto nut-based breads. They're dense, and I felt a lot of fullness after eating them. I'll buy them again, and I'm looking forward to trying the bagels.
