I keep mine frozen until I'm ready to use it. Otherwise, I'm not sure how long they'd last without going moldy; probably not much longer than regular bread. They've been in the freezer for at least a week. They're fine, aside from the fact that they've dried out a little. If I'm making a burger, I brush it with butter and place it in the skillet with the burger. I don't eat a whole bun because it's too much for me, so I only eat half of one.
It's made with dairy and eggs.
The following are the ingredients: water purified, oats corn fiber, flax, erythritol, whey protein isolate, egg whites, sunflower oil, cellulose gum, natural flavor, spices, potassium chloride

I ordered these for myself (carbohydrate restriction) and my wife (gluten intolerance and carb restriction). I expected them to be disgusting, as I have with many other keto and gluten-free options. They are, however, quite tasty with a little effort. We used a standard 4-inch toaster oven to toast them. They were a homerun after adding homemade seasoned beef hamburger patties, a couple slices of cheese, and some fresh vegetables to a slice toaster. Although the price is a little high, they provide a tasty treat for Keto dieters on occasion. Take a look at them and see what you think.
It's quite good. Although not as tasty as sesame buns, the benefits of avoiding carbohydrates outweigh the drawbacks. I'd order it again because I can't find it anywhere else - I haven't been able to locate them, despite the fact that the website claims they are available in several local stores.
for a low-cost option I will undoubtedly purchase this fat bread product in the future. I am a member of Weight Watchers. I'm excited because low-fat hamburger buns are hard to come by, and they also have hot dog buns. Thank you very much.
To begin with, it took ten days for the Smart Buns to arrive at my doorstep. Second, the Amazon photo makes it look like you'll get 24 buns for $12 instead of six. I was let down.
carb. Although it appears to be expensive, this product costs about the same as GF buns at a restaurant, which I toast and take to my favorite hamburger fast food joint. They're sturdy enough to withstand a sloppy cheeseburger. I also appreciate the fact that they are pre-made. For the freezer, sliced and individually packaged. The only drawback was that the cold packs in the packaging were only cool rather than frozen. Currently, they are a victim of our delivery crisis. We can only hope that things will get better. I've already placed another order for more. I haven't seen it in a store yet, so Amazon is the only place I can get it.
It's also a plus if the food tastes great. That's exactly what this item does. It appears that it is now available in my store, which is fantastic.
This roll first caught my attention at a burger joint in Orchard Park, New York. I suffer from Celiac disease and must avoid gluten. They provided this roll, which was delicious! Normally, I don't order the burger with the bun. I asked what kind of roll it was and they directed me to Amazon. It was toasted and didn't fall apart. And it's even better because it's low in carbs!.
Very good, but a little dry, and quite pricey.
