Yes. We use their ciabatta bread, burger buns, and hot dog buns to do so. Simply place it in a gallon freezer bag and squeeze out all of the air. They keep their freshness for a long time.

I'm looking for a good gluten-free bun, and this isn't it.
It was hard and crumbly when it arrived.
