On the package, there is no kosher symbol. I did come across a circle that contained an x symbol. The x is shaped like a wheat symbol, indicating that there is no wheat. Certified Gluten-Free is written beneath the circle. Free CUK- NON GMO, DAIRY FREE, and WHEAT FREE are all stated on the package. I'm not sure if this responds to your question completely. Because I have Celiac Disease, I must eat gluten-free foods.br> For me, this is the best bread I've ever had. Best regards. LADYD😇

I have a favorite brand for bagels and sandwich bread, but I'm not a fan of their burger buns; we eat them, but they're not up to par with their other offerings. br>br>I decided to give these a try, and I really enjoy them. They were both tasty and soft, in my opinion. Gluten-free foods can be dense and crumbly at the same time. However, I used a bit of plant-based spread to make these. They were toasted with a butter-based butter. For our juicy, loaded Beyond Meat cheeseburgers, they held together beautifully. br>br>I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
I purchase these on a regular basis, but this is the first time from this shipper. The company stuffed three packages of rolls into a shipping envelope, and the majority of the rolls are crumbling. What an idiotic move! I'm going to try to resurrect them, but right now I'm irritated!.
Unfortunately, I was not a fan of these buns (though their pasta is fantastic). It's very firm, and it's more like a bagel than a bun in terms of hardness. They're also quite small, resembling a slider in size. I'd buy it again if they came up with a new recipe, but the flavor isn't great.
We find that lightly toasting them in the toaster or baking them at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes works best. We have no problems keeping them together, but if you do, this method ensures it. After it's been toasted, the kids love it with olive oil butter.
What a pity there was no bread! This brand of gluten-free bread is by far the best I've ever tasted. It doesn't crumble, isn't bone dry, and has a pleasant flavor. If you need gluten-free bread, these are by far the tastiest and best-textured options available. They're well worth the money, and you won't feel like you're eating sawdust while eating them.
It's difficult to find good gluten-free bread. They were discovered by my brother's wife, who has Celiac disease. They introduced me to this brand while I was visiting them, which is not available in my area. Despite the fact that I do not have Celiac disease, I am gluten intolerant and have tried a variety of gluten-free breads. I've tried a lot of different things, and this is the best. They toast well even though they are still a little dry. They are a little more expensive than the other brands, but I believe the extra cost is justified.
The fact that they don't need to be refrigerated is the best part for me. I put them in the freezer as soon as I open the package. It's a great product, and I highly recommend it.
Because gluten-free bread is denser than hamburger buns, I had to order an "open face" hamburger because I couldn't eat that much bread.
