Can you make the rolls ahead of time and store them in the freezer?

Yes, they'll never be quite as good, but having them in the freezer for a last-minute meal is convenient.

Should I keep these refrigerated once they've been opened?

It comes highly recommended by me. Mine is tucked away in a drawer. It's great for cheese and cold cuts because it keeps them from going stale or moldy.

Fantastic Quality in an Unexpected Way We decided to warm the buns on our indoor cast iron grill, but they unexpectedly absorbed some grill grease, so we decided to place them directly on the grill (rather than warming them atop the burgers), and OMFG! As we ate our burgers, they crisped up and provided an incredible texture

We added ketchup, one got a vegan beyond meat burger, and the other got a greasy beef burger, and wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wo These buns never became soggy, retained their crunchy texture, and had a fantastic taste. I recommend giving them a try and spending a little extra time prepping a hot grill. Perfect in every way.
