There are 46 grams of carbs and 3 grams of sugar in each muffin. Since each muffin is fairly large and filling, it is not bad.
In addition to being more dense and dryer than regular English muffins, they also freeze well. If you expect interesting nooks and crannies, you should be disappointed. They are decent if you defrost them and warm them up. I feel like they're too dry and mealy when they're cold.
According to the label, these do contain rice flour, but no oats are Tapioca, flax seed meal, and rice bran are also listed as flours. My guess is that I have eaten and enjoyed approximately 200 muffins over the past 2 years.

As I searched for gifts to send her, I was trying to find something she would enjoy (she lives in Virginia, and I am in Ecuador, so going to the local store was not an option).
