There is no competition with Katz English Muffins when it comes to gluten free products. Even though most of their products are high in quality, their English Muffins are outstanding. If you've gone GF as an adult and miss an English muffin or a donut since you went GF, Katz's products will let you smile again. You may be wonder if this will taste good or not, but you will be pleasantly surprised. My favorite things to bake are GF egg muffins, PB and J sandwiches You can eat plain, buttered muffins with a cup of tea.

am very happy with the Katz products as I am a dairy and gluten free consumer, so this company is great! There are a few products that are decent, but when you're forced to eat this way and try everyone's stuff, Katz is excellent. In regards to these muffins, they were OK. I found it best to use a broiler and not a toaster because it takes a lot of time to brown these. I also prefer mine crunchy and It works fine if you microwave twice and burns if you microwave three times, so you should use a broiler, especially if you put jam on them and microwave for a couple minutes.
