When I was a kid, I used Bisquick to make blueberry muffins. Originally, they were really good, but Bisquick changed their formula, and the muffins never seemed to taste the same anymore. Blueberry muffins can be made with the raspberry muffin mix. My favorite way to add blueberries is to use several frozen or fresh ones. Despite the redness of the mix, there is not a lot of taste to it. Yet it remains the best mix I have found, and the muffins are wonderful!.
