My body has reacted to gluten because I am sensitive to it. My stomach tells the truth, so I don't buy these kinds of breads due to the packaging.
As long as you decide to defrost it before it gets old, you can freeze any bread and it will last just as long as you choose to freeze it. It will not go bad from freezing as it preserves it till you want to.
Once frozen, I microwave the muffins on high for one minute as soon as I am ready to eat them. It's hard for me to tell how long they will last in the freezer since I consume them pretty quickly.

Our brunch was pretty much ruined by this. Avocado toast was too dry before toppings were added to it, even though it was very moist when topped with avocado. I had to swallow water with each bite because the food had no flavor and was so dry. This was a round muffin that we tried for about 3 bites before passing on the rest. It didn't quite qualify as an English muffin, except that it had a round shape.
You will be able to see it shortly. I LOVE BREADS! However, it does not contain any flour. This is why there is inflammation caused by flour. On a long term basis, inflammation causes obesity, illness, and diseases. There are many flavored versions of this sprouted "bred", but I personally like the taste of the original. It tastes like raisins and I love it! It's a little expensive, but it's truly worth every cent!.
Real bread has whole grains not the white garbage flour you see in the grocery stores. It's great as a breakfast item, as a sandwich, or even a mini pizza.
A perfect choice for people who also wish to lower their blood sugar levels with some real whole grains and seeds. I only have one small complaint, they're not easy to split up. The bread knife that you use will need to be a proper one, and you will need to take care to thaw the bread first.
As I was frozen, I couldn't move. You can buy it in a store if you are Old.
As an alternative for vegan breakfast, I prefer this one. My only complaint is that this bread is a little grainy and seems slightly dry, but I found it improved after letting it sit at room temperature for a while before toasting. The vegan breakfast sandwich I make with it is better.
There wasn't much flavor, and the muffins were a bit dry. I don't think we'll buy them again. . . we'll stick with Thomas'.
