Having eaten crumpets from Duffy's for many years, I am a big fan. I have them every day of the week. My local Publix store recently discontinued them which means their price on the internet is far less than at my local Publix store where I got them for half the price on line. Only based on affordability, I cannot say that they will continue to be a constant in my diet, but I will treat myself whenever I can to these delicious crumpets. Having said that, personally, I enjoyed these crumpets with a sprinkle of evoo and cinnamon and baked them for approximately 10 minutes at 350. The flavors are great, low calorie and they are made with ingredients I can tolerate on.
