It's inexpensive to purchase a bag of bagels, and they keep for a long time once they are frozen. I toast them upon consumption. This is a very good way of doing it.
Sodium in one serving is 360 mg and there are two bagels in each serving

This is nothing short of a game changer! My quest has been to find an easy bagel that tastes like a "normal" bagel for years, and since being diagnosed with celiac disease, I've been constantly disappointed with other brands of My patience was wearing thin and I was on the verge of giving I didn't even know these existed until I found them. These are the best I've ever seen. I'm so glad I bought them. It is gummy, but it is airy and the toasting is perfect without getting too hard. I am extremely picky when it comes to texture and taste when it comes to GF items, so I can't give an opinion on how much they are worth. My plan is to freeze a package so I can have them for longer, but I am already through half of one. That looks yummy!.
Ideally, these bagel thins should be toasted since they have a slight lemoned flavor. They are very thin, so it is hard to make a sandwich with them. In spite of the insanely high carb content in regular bagels and bagel thins, as well as the keto bagels, I highly recommend keeping a few packages in your freezer to have on hand for toast and jam.
I dislike the taste of this. It made me gag due to its texture. It was impossible for me to swallow one bite. These are far from what a bagel should be like. According to the other reviews, I figured I would give them a try and I was so disappointed. Compared to Aldi free g brand, it's a far better option.
This order of bagel thins with 100 calories was exactly what I expected. However, the case does not turn out to be true. There are actually 200 calories in them and they are vegetarian. These are so far a inferior alternative to the regular bagel that there is no point to getting them. That being said, nothing else about them is as advertised (other than the fact that they are gluten free, which I wasn't searching for, but I rechecked the product images and that part is stated.
DO.
I went gluten free about a year ago in hopes of reducing the effects of a chronic illness that I suffer from. Bagel thins have been on my mind for a long time. So I'm glad I It took me a little while to decide whether it was worth it to spend the money and buy in bulk, but my god do I love these. I believe they taste better than regular bagels, and they are just as awesome. This bread is the best bread substitute I have ever used. I do not know how they achieved it, but I will never buy another bread substitute.
The fact that I liked them so well surprised me. It is necessary to put them in the toaster twice The cookies are delicious and light, but they're also quite heavy. Taste like bagel thins but not chewy.
The faux breads I make here are my favorites. The texture of the bagel is not as dense, but it toasts well and tastes good.
It is easy to fill up on the bagels, and they are quite large. For these, I don't like the amount of sesame seeds that are on them.
