The wraps are 8" in size, as the title indicates, and they are delicious!
My shelf life is about three years, so I usually use them all up within that timeframe. I have never frozen them.
There are 6 packages containing 8 wraps each! This is a great team!

There's nothing better than it! Because at the time, it was the only option available, I ordered the case of six packages. Two days ago, I received it in the mail, and all the items in the case are about to expire in less than a month. My experience buying other low carb tortillas has taught me that their shelf life is typically longer than that, so I thought they might have been in storage for longer than usual. Because I am not going to be able to eat all of them before they expire, Amazon said this item cannot be returned (even if it's unopened and the warning isn't visible $40 seemed a waste of money to me. The only thing I would advise is to purchase just one pack at a time if you need them.
All in all, these tortillas are excellent. One of my biggest issues with them is that the sizing is inconsistent. We used to never have this problem until we had to start buying them online, in-store I used to get 1 package a week in the store, but since we have to buy them through Amazon, I will get 1 package a week now The package is broken into two pieces and has two tortillas of the wrong size The size of an item is smaller than stated otherwise, or bigger in rare cases. Among the pros Please note Tortillas offer a healthier alternative to normal tortillas - I like it a lot*- It holds plenty of vegetables well and is easy to clean. *Didn't require too much force to break (except if you force it too fast)- It's a shelf Pros Stable Cons Please note Occasionally, tortillas are shaped incorrectly or manufactured in an incorrect way. The number of tortillas included in some packages cannot be accurately accounted for (hence two packages came with 7 instead of 8)
In conclusion These tortillas are very good, and well worth a try if you cannot find any other brand. Considering how low calorie they are, they provide a great way to pack in a couple Burritos or Wraps, and if made with plenty of vegetables, they make for a filling breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are rarely any missing tortillas from packages, and you should be wary of over/undersized tortillas.

This is thin enough so that you won't feel like you are eating cardboard. Heat it up for thirty seconds in the microwave and you have a nice taco to go along with your salad or you can fold it into a wrap for a tasty sandwich.
The point these give me is at least one point toward my weight watchers goal. There are no gritty bits and they are soft to the touch.
There was a delay of about a month in shipping. My only opportunity to find them has been on the Internet.
I used them in an enchilada recipe and they worked because they were topped with cheese and sauce.
It tastes good, and we like it because it is low in carbs.
