To place such a large order What is the expiration date / use-by date?

I ordered a large quantity because I wanted to use them in my company's gift baskets. Otherwise, unless I knew I could freeze them, I wouldn't order that many because you never know when they'll expire.

I thought the cookie-to-raspberry ratio was too high; more raspberry filling is needed. The cookie is tasty, but it overpowers the raspberry filling. If there was more raspberry filling, I'd give it a five-star rating.
