This is an amazing gingerbread cookie- These molasses cookies are delicious! There is no need to adjust the seasoning (the taste is perfect). There is only one drawback with these cookies that I prefer them on the crisper side and these are your typical soft cookie that you find out here in the United States tend to prefer.
