I'm not sure what I'm saying. I was given three.
They used to be available at my neighborhood supermarket, but they no longer do.
Cinnamon, I believe. I was making a cinnamon cake and just dumped the entire bag in, but I didn't use any of the chocolate in the finished product.
They only had a single small cooling pack with them. My three were all melted and adhered to one another. I should have waited until the weather got a little cooler before going outside.

I enjoy cinnamon chips and am disappointed that they are no longer available in most stores. As a result, finding them on Amazon was a huge thrill for me. When I received them, however, they had melted together in an unpleasant glob, or gray, and had lost the majority of their flavor. Such a letdown.
Two of the bags contained clumped chips, and all of the bags contained oxidized chips. I put them in the same bin as the chips I bought over a year ago from a local store, and you can see the color difference. I checked the expiration date and it was 2022, so that shouldn't have been an issue. The flavor is satisfactory, but the texture is not as creamy as the bag I purchased locally. It took ten days for the package to arrive at my doorstep. I'm not sure what the weather was like in October from Florida to California, but I doubt it was that hot.
The only issue I have with this is the price. br>In Oklahoma, I was unable to locate these. (This isn't to say they don't exist here; it just means I'm not aware of them. ) It was just a pain to find). br>br>I can get these for about a dollar at any store in Texas. 50- Take it or leave it. br> While I understand that prices vary by location, the price disparity on these is so large that it disgusted me. br>Unfortunately, I needed them in a hurry and had to pay this ridiculous price. br>On my next trip to Texas, I'll stock up!.
I began buying them a few years ago in order to recreate a scone I'd had many years before. The scones' recipe is right on the package, and oh man, they're delicious. They're delicious, and I buy at least 6 bags for my baking during the holidays because I can't find them in stores! The flavor will not leave you disappointed. SO yummy. My cinnamon scones with these are even loved by my husband and his coworker (who both apparently despise scones)!.
We were debating the finer points of Ajno Skoppelinius' new book (and its implications for dumping oil on the troubled waters of our technologically fueled lives). Our host surprised us with fresh scones infused with Cinnamon Baking Chips, and all thoughts of resiliency were dashed in the face of these delectable morsels. We came to the following conclusion: Baking with raisins is so much better!.
They have a very subtle cinnamon flavored coffee aroma to them, with just enough spice and sweetness to pick up the flavor of whatever you're baking without being overpowering. Because the chips are so small, I think buying a three-pack is a good investment!.
These cinnamon chips will go great with my snickerdoodles. They have a delicious cinnamon flavor and are just the right amount of sweet. They meet all of my baking requirements. My kids love them in their desserts, so I keep them on hand at all times. It's just that they're difficult to come by in the supermarket.
