I would like to see a better explanation of what this My memory of when I got them is hazy since it's been months since I got them. The only thing I remember is that they were delicious! LOL! I enjoyed the taste of the cookies a lot - A ginger stem cookie contained pieces of actual ginger the chocolate was rich in flavor. It is too tender to eat the cookies, however As soon as you touch them, they crumble into crumbs. There are two cookies in each package and you can choose They were not as firm as a Walker's shortbread cookie usually is. There were 100 packets of cookies in the box for less than $50- Crumbs are expensive for what they are. It is suggested you pass on them until this tenderness issue can be resolved unless you are on the market for expensive items. This is not as tasty as this-.

There were about 7 or 8 broken packages (out of 120 packs) among the 120 packs we tested. In order to avoid giving the crumbled cookies to the building staff, I carefully separated the broken cookies from the rest. An almost open corner of the cardboard box in which the cookies came was evident from the delivery. At least the box was able to stay intact.
