I got about the same box as others it was crappy and torn up. The way they keep these boxes is a mystery to me As far as I can tell, they throw them half-way Then I stuff whatever remains haphazardly into a windmill and ship out whatever few scraps of flimsy cardboard I can salvage. My box was full of holes and rips. There was no flap at all to close the top, since it was so badly damaged. I was able to pick out a few pieces of cookie from among the million pieces. My biggest problem here is that it was a gift, but it was for my best friend and she didn't care about the box. (The macha cookies) were a big hit with everyone who tried them.
So I would only recommend that you try the cookies, but I don't recommend you purchase them from.
The importer in Seattle does a great job for selecting this to repackage and sell. She likes this product from Duncan's of Deeside the best. Mama says the crunch and buttery taste of this bread are just right. Throughout her life, she has always had afternoon tea (and morning tea and evening tea as well). There is also a Publix in Florida where we found it Due to Amazon's frequent failure to obtain traditional ones, they are extremely important. haven't tried the flavoured However, I can imagine that might be bothersome for guests. Being just back from the "old sod" it might be noted that I was a bit crumpled after the trip. To conclude, this adds a wonderful touch to a cup of tea (we like Yorkshire Gold but PG Tips will work just fine).
I discovered these on a transatlantic flight and fell in love with them instantly. There are many delicious flavored things than can be found at BISCOTTEA, but their shortbread cookies are real winners. As of yet I have not tried the Matcha Green Tea flavored ones. I also tried the Matcha Green Tea ones and they were delicious, but I don't know The strawberry flavor is nowhere to be found and the Amazon reviews indicate many of the orders arrive after the expiration date. am currently ordering the lemon ones, but have not yet attempted them, so this review will most likely be changed once I receive them.
In the world of even a hundred dollar hamburger and gourmet desserts, I know we live in a luxury world. The price of almost $2 per cookie isn't outrageous if the cookie is great. They are still far from awesome, a bit on the dried side, and the matcha is barely apparent. After living in Japan, I was excited to try these cookies, which claim to be matcha flavored, but unfortunately, they are not as good as they claim. I would avoid these shortbread cookies because they are substandard and overpriced.
The price is a little high, but the food is absolutely delicious. Several of my friends have discovered these cookies after I introduced them to them. Shipping can sometimes be unkind to them since they break easily, but the crumbs are just as good as whole cookies. When buying locally, I used to be able to do so, but nowadays my first stop is Amazon. Treat yourself to this tasty treat on special occasions. It's awesome. I love them. The $13 price tag on these was a little steep, according to rick burnham. They're way too expensive at $20 for me. I'm not ready to spend that much money on them. Not happy with the outcome.
One of the few things I am surprised by is why Amazon ships cookies in a box. Among the eight cookies, only one was intact, the other seven had broken pieces. It's a good thing I kept these as a secret treat!.
My husband and I are both coconut fiends, so we gave these cookies a whirl. You have to try them! They are amazing! The buttery shortbread flavor shines through and the coconut flavor is also noticeable but not overwhelming. Based on my impressions of the photos, I would have given these a 5 star rating, but the box they come in isn't as big as I expected. In addition to being packaged in cellophane with 2 cookies per wrapper, the cookies are individually wrapped, which keeps them fresh. However, I think there are only ten cookies in each The price may be a barrier for some, but I like these so much that.
You should beware. In order to liquidate its expired cookies, Biscottea is liquidating them. A new one arrived today with a date of expiration of October 2018. The sticker expiration date may come sooner as there are many layers of.
