These gluten-free Oreos would not be identifiable as either original or gluten free in a blind taste test, if they were put to the test. These are just as good as they sound, and if you are gluten free, you know how rare that is. As far as texture and consistency go, gluten free Oreos are just like the real thing. When I think about gluten-free alternatives to tasty foods, it isn't often that I say that.
