I add a couple of boxes of these cookies to my subscribe & save list because they are so delicious and light But you need to save the order every month. They have been smashed to smithereens for the last two months. It was the third time this month I had made such a mistake, but this time I contacted customer service and was immediately refunded. Get started instantly! Because I didn't want to have to work too hard for just a few boxes of cookies, I was very impressed. There was no need for me to do so. It's been a pleasure doing business with There seems to be a problem with the packers wanting to cram as many goods into one box as possible. And when several boxes of Sparkling Ice are in the same box, the little cookies don't hold up very well. It would be nice to get my order in more boxes, since I am an old lady with limited strength who has a hard time lifting the heavy boxes each The packers were requested not to read delivery instructions in the areas of "No heavy boxes" because those instructions were meant for delivery rather than handling personnel, but I have requested that they not do so. In any case, I just wanted to give you a heads-up It is possible that this product, and others in flimsy containers, will not survive the postal service when placed with heavier objects.
The cookies taste great, and I would gladly order them again and again if they would actually arrive intact. The one star rating is due to the unusable product that was delivered. In such a case, amazon stopped mailing them in boxes, and instead sends them in padded packets, so they arrive crushed beyond recognition. The attached pictures show the new order, and as you can see, they are just crumbs (much worse than the previous.
The flavor of dark chocolate and cocoa is delicious. This is a great low calorie sweet snack that has only 140 calories per serving. A crunch, a sweetness, and a satisfying taste. You can also break them up with vanilla ice cream to make them even more decadent! I love it! Some of the boxes have been damaged, but they are well packaged. It's not the first time I've purchased these they were perfect the last two times but this time, the box was torn on one side and the contents were broken and the bag they were in was upside down very bad packing I'm going to return this one.
I loved the product but the shipping was awful, as Amazon frequently sends soft packets which get crushed via transportation.
These were once shipped in hard sided cardboard boxes therefore protecting them from damage. The only thing I get now is crumbs from cookies.
There are many pizelle for sale that break easily and are extremely delicate. Lots of crumbles are in store for you. These are perfect! I make mine thicker and these are the perfect thickness. Don't be upset when I deliver them. This is a very flavorful dish. Pizelle are fun to make, but I end up with a few hundred so I have to buy Get these in any flavor you like if you want the best pizelle.
The price is too high for the value!.
In addition to the pizzelles, there was a plastic mailer envelope that was shipped with the box. It is absolutely impossible to protect goods Can you tell me what Amazon is Arriving in a state of total breakdown, they didn't know where to begin. I won't order these crumbs from Amazon again since they are not worth the money.
