This is something I believe they would do. It is important to remember, however, that they are more fragile than their non-GF counterparts. Nevertheless, I think they would work if you are careful.
In each box, there are four packages of four biscuits.
1 cookie contains 1 gram of sugar. There is 5 grams of sugar in every 100 calories.
They don't say that they are dairy free, so I would assume they are not. You could also add their chocolate chips to plain Nairn Oat Grahams and make S'mores. I use Enjoy Life dairy-free cookies or their granola if I'm making S'mores from scratch.

Graham crackers are something I definitely miss since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. As a child, I used to eat graham crackers with milk in the morning like cereal. Additionally, there is the issue of gluten-free 'graham cracker' crusts that can be purchased. They were so delicious that I ate the whole box of them before I tried any recipes, but I am looking forward to experimenting. I prefer the way these work to the Schar brand because of the following reasons This variety has a sweeter taste than Schar and is a true graham. Unlike a 'real' graham cracker, they are similar in texture to a rustic cookie, and are crisp but soft at the same time. I think they would work well for s'mores too since they are not crumbly, so they are great with coffee. I got what my sister described as the best Key lime pie she had ever had when my sister and I visited Charleston, and we've been to Key West so that was a big deal! It was impressive that they used very finely chopped pecans along with the graham crackers in the crust, which I find exceptionally delicious.
