I love how well they work

The pumps are pretty good, and I used them for about three months while I was exclusively pumping. It typically took me 45oz of pumped milk to produce a gallon of milk during those months. The taste pretty good and make a great snack to keep in the car or in the diaper bag when breastfeeding hunger strikes.

It is a pleasure to enjoy the tea and cookies. I did not receive a supply increase. I experienced an increase in milk supply only when I drove around pumping every three hours round the clock in addition to breastfeeding on demand. Sadly, there are no magic teas or cookies that can increase the flow of milk.

You should try them! They're delicious! It was only after the fact that I discovered they weren't working. I was told by my lactation consultant that there is no scientific evidence to support that lactation products help mothers produce breast milk. I agree with her, even as she took Lactation Tea on top of it.

It's hard to deny that these cookies are delicious! They are delicious and I have one pack every day for breakfast. I haven't done much testing on whether they work, but they are super tasty!.

You can get the same effect with tea or cookies, but tea tastes bad

Green tea and black tea are fine with me, as are some other flavors as long as they do not have anything added to them. Despite the small amount of sugar, I did not enjoy the tea that came in this. The juice did work for me when I forced myself to consume it! I dislike the taste of it just as much.
