There are 24 grams of carbs in this 190-calorie dish. I am not sure whether or not it is keto friendly. There were some broken pieces in the large box I bought. I know they are small, but I just crumble them in low fat cottage cheese therefore I do not mind.

These things make my heart happy. Those grandkids will love this snack. You can get Sams Club for $8 less.
We normally get them at Costco, but use this vendor when they are I found this biscuit to be a tasty little treat that goes well with tea or coffee, and it is a great way to start the day. However, I sometimes found the biscuits to be slightly crushed or broken within the box, but not so much that you couldn't.
It is my favorite type of biscuit to eat. The investment is well worth it.
I like them a lot. When I got there, I was pretty destroyed, but I pushed on.
